Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend following all safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides and activity operators.
Eagle Adventure Services reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or operational issues. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations and medical clearances. Please consult your doctor before traveling.
Travelers are responsible for their own baggage and personal belongings. Eagle Adventure Services is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
